Scalloped Potatoes



Its one of those days where you throw anything and everything you've got from the fridge in a bowl. This is what we came up with. Boiled 3 large red potatoes, sliced em up, then fried them. For toppings we added sprouts, tomatoes, crushed pepper, garlic salt and green onions. Of course we added a little hot sauce and ketchup for an extra kick of flavor. We were able to make this in under 30 mins. Not bad for a quick lunch break. Happy Thursday!
