Tuesday Treats

I love all things crispy, so having a crispy corn tortilla made on all this difference for this meal. Spray pam on both sides of the tortilla and let them brown. Slice up tomatoes, avocado, green onion. Grill corn & black beans. Throw on cheese at the end. Yum!

Ikea Binge

As promised I came through with a new desk. Well not exactly a desk. Ikea had a long dining table for $70. I couldn't resist plus I can't complain about extra space. I also got this sweet rollie chair, although my house seems to be on a slant because I can't sit without sliding across the room. Maybe I won't be getting as much work done as I thought!

Work Space

Having a good work station makes all the difference. I am devoting the weekend to making a new desk. I hope to get 2 sawhorses and a large piece of ply wood. A white lacquer finish would be amazing. Wish me luck!
